Deployed for fraud, risk management and compliance, Persona’s platform is used across the lifecycle for different clients including OpenAI and LinkedIn. Persona’s services cover KYC, touchpoint and onboarding, and account recovery processes as explained in this interview by Lindsey Bergh. Clients can use different “buildable” parts of the platform to suit their needs whilst building a holistic approach to identity. The selfie was their product launch but since then, Persona has delivered a range of high assurance verification methods to help their customers verify their end-users.
